Integrity is proposed in the service of human potential for greater awareness and self-knowledge, in order to experience more pleasure, vitality, discover hidden creative resources in order to enjoy a wider choice, such as supporting the transition from unconscious reaction to conscious action.
Integrity is also proposed as a meeting and collaboration point between professionals of different disciplines related to health and wellness. Integrity’s intent is to enhance the art of contact and the ability to modulate the auric field, in order to support the healing process at its best. |

Integrity is for those who intend to improve their lives, for those who feel the need to resolve an inconvenience or a desire to fulfill individual, relational, professional or spiritual projects.
Integrity accompanies the person to undertake an exciting personal journey of exploration and tranformation, a journey that allows to feed one’s self-esteem, gain greater clarity, to know the one’s talent, to increase the ability of choice and to rediscover the health and well being of the physical body and of the spirit. The purpose of the Spiritual Energetic Techniques (SET) is to transform the discomfort, the problem or the imbalance from initial limiting factors into the stimulus for a new life experience, connecting with one's own actual truth and reality. It therefore creates a new perspective, characterized on the rediscovery of one's personal purpose in life, giving oneself health, greater well-being and joy in which is possible to manifest one's qualities and uniqueness. Regardless of the motivation that leads someone to begin a journey of healing, the SET result to be of enormous support and effectiveness in resolving issues that we all encounter in life, such as: major changes, relational problems, management stress, management of physical pain, emotional expression and management, rehabilitation (operations, accidents, shock and trauma). |

SPIRITUAL ENERGETIC TECHNIQUES |

The process of growth and transformation is unique for every person and every moment, like a tailor made dress. The great variety of approaches offered by Integrity in relation to the needs of the customer, allows this dress to be manufactured.
According to the individual qualities, needs and emerging awareness of the moment, the Spiritual Enegetic Techniques allow to adopt and combine different energetic spiritual tools such as holistic counseling, body mediation, breathing and conscious expression techniques, yogic and shamanic creative arts, keeping as reference the Brennan Healing Science ™ methodology of holistic healing and transformation (BHS). Integrity provides us a safe space where it is possible to become aware of our deeper nature, with its needs, its ideals and conflicts, to help us explore and finally give space to creative resources inherent in our essence. The study and understanding of our character and the defensive dynamics related to it, allows to identify and transform inherited behavioral patterns and the protection barriers developed in the past, that are presently no more effective, but separate us from the creative energy, giving rise to inner discomfort, physical illness and relational issues. Thanks to the conscious interaction in the human being’s four dimensions, described in the Brennan ™ system, such as the physical body, the auric field, the line detection (hara) and the essence (core star) it is possible to get benefit in every aspect of our reality as human beings: physical health, emotional balance, mental clarity, relational harmony and spiritual freedom. |

Integrity offers individual couples and groups sessions. It is also possible to arrange, upon request, remote sessions via video call. Upon request is also possible to organize intensive weeks. Periodically also workshops are being held.
First session: 90 to 100 min. CHF 150- Single session: CHF 120/h Couple session: 60 to 90 min. CHF 160/h Remote session: CHF 120/h Group sessions: up to 6 people for 2 hours, prices and conditions on request. Intensive week: prices and conditions on request. Cancellation policy: please notify the appointment with 48 hours in advance in order to avoid the charge of the session. |
